I have been a patient since 2012. Dr Verma has always provided conceptional care to my cardiac needs His office staff on the other hand has on two occasions been inept at forwarding information to other providers and failed to notify me that a Chemical Stress Test scheduled for Monday, January 28, 2019 had been canceled. I had fasted the night before and drove 30 miles one to be told by Martha at the desk about the cancellation. Martha said," Didn't they call you?" I had no idea who "they" might be, nor was I offered an opportunity to reschedule , nor has anyone from Dr. Verma's office called to reschedule. I tried to leave this message on Dr. Vrma's web site but was unable to. I hope this message reaches Dr. Verma and is not covered up by his staff. Terry Nardiello
