Bringing health and happiness to my fellow humans is the biggest motivator in my work. Various lifestyle factors such as diet, sedentary routines, stress, etc., are the causes of many chronic diseases I see in my office. I want to help my patients through making lifestyle changes that will help them live longer, more joyful lives. Those tactics include everything from diet modifications to exercise to stress reduction. I am detail-oriented and thorough in working with patients to develop a plan of care that fits their needs, whether through lifestyle changes or medications.
