I am a California Licensed Board Certified Psychotherapist. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, & families, and have extensive experience treating a variety of issues such as PTSD, depression, anxiety disorders, behavioral issues, low self-esteem, relationship problems, ADHD, and parenting concerns to name a few.

Life can be challenging and overwhelming at times and asking for help is the first step towards leading a happier and more fulfilled life. I want to help you find the tools you need to make positive transformations. I provide a safe and comfortable environment where individuals can share their thoughts and feelings. I use an eclectic, strengths-based approach to therapy creating a supportive and collaborative environment in order to promote personal growth.

My approach to therapy is, first and foremost, about the relationship between therapist and client. I view acceptance, understanding, comfort, compassion, authenticity, and genuine respect as the building blocks of a therapeutic relationship.

I hold two master's degrees; one from UCLA in Social Welfare, with a concentration in Mental Health, providing in-depth knowledge of psychological disorders to my work with individuals of all ages and from all backgrounds, particularly related to trauma, depression, anxiety, as well as primary focus on psychotherapy for treating families and couples. The other degree is in School Counseling from Illinois State University, School of Education, preparing me with a strong expertise to provide mental health and educational counseling to children & adolescents, grades K - 12.
