John Amodio, MD, FACR, is Chief, Radiology and Division Lead, Pediatric Radiology at Children’s Hospital at Montefiore Einstein and Professor, Radiology at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr Amodio has 40 years of experience in pediatric imaging. His particular interest is the use of contrast ultrasound in pediatric imaging. After obtaining his Bachelor of Arts from New York University in 1976, Dr Amodio earned his Doctor of Medicine at New York Medical College in 1980. He completed a radiology internship at Maimonides Medical Center in 1981, followed by his radiology residency at Montefiore Medical Center in 1984.
