Our mission is based on the philosophy that we are here to provide a home and an extended family to those we serve. Many of our staff have worked at Surge Rehabilitation and Nursing for over 20 years and have developed strong, binding relationships with our residents and families, alike.
We are progressive, continuously evolving our organization and adding services to meet the subacute healthcare needs in our area. In addition to the medical care and nursing home services we render, we are proud to be acknowledged as the facility that provides compassionate, loving care.
We have recently completed an extensive refurbishing project both inside and outside our facility, and have added a "Wi-fi" system for the convenience of our residents who use internet services.
The staff at Surge Rehabilitation and Nursing looks forward to meeting with you to tour our facility. When needed, we are here to care for you like family.
