Carol Schaefer, Liscensed Psychologist

For over 30 years I have been serving my community as a psychologist in private practice. My expertise is in helping individuals who are suffering with anxiety, depression and negative self image begin to see themselves differently and learn how they can take charge of their lives and experience the joy they were intended to feel.

Working with a number of different modalities, my clients learn how to free themselves from negative and limiting self concepts. In a co-creative way my clients and I work together to restore wholeness and joy.

I take a very spiritual approach to my work. As a trinity, body, mind and spirit, shifting ones perspective and beginning to operate from a higher view often helps one overcome what seemed at one time to be impossible. We are joy seeking beings because joy is our natural state.
