Our primary goal is to preserve independence for the elderly, while maintaining their quality of life in the familiar surroundings of their own home, and provide peace of mind to their families through the dedicated service of nurturing and professional caregivers.
We are Members in Good Standing with the Arizona Non-Medical Home Care Association, The Mesa Chamber of Commerce, Alzheimer's Association, Spotlight Senior Services, BBB, Resources and Information Network, and serve as a Board of Director with Human Services Professionals. We are currently nominated by AZ Ranking for "Best Home Health Agency" 2009! We believe in continuing education, quality service, community alliances, and providing our Seniors with care like an extension of our own family.
Our staff is comprised of Professionals with Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Clinical, and Customer Service backgrounds. We work diligently and communicate effectively to the families and loved ones of those we care for. Each client receives a detailed evaluation and assessment, an individualized care plan of service, a bi-weekly and/or monthly health and wellness report, routine supervisory visits, and their own personal Care Manager.
