Our apartments are second to none. They range in size from 648 to 1300 square feet, and all of the apartments feature fully-equipped kitchens, washer and dryer, large walk-in closets and ceiling fans in the living and bedrooms. The building features a total of 197 apartments, of which 156 are one bedroom, and 41 are two bedrooms.
With all the fantastic services and amenities available at McDowell Village, we’re more like a resort than a retirement community. Enjoy a glass of wine in the bistro or on the patio before dinner in the beautiful dining room; treat yourself to a swim in the heated swimming pool; or challenge your neighbor to a friendly game of billiards in the lounge.
