Christopher Homes of Horatio is a housing ministry located in Little Rock, Arkansas. They provide affordable and comfortable housing to individuals 62 years and older. In addition they offer a comfortable residential lifestyle to mobility impaired individuals. The affordable and attractive independent living apartment community offers maintenance services for every unit at no cost to the tenant. Quality living is available for senior citizens and the mobility impaired at a cost of only 30% of the tenantÆs adjusted income. This includes both the utilities and the rent of the individual unit. Christopher Homes of Horatio provides efficiency (studio) and single bedroom units for eligible individuals. Each energy-efficient unit provides a central heating and cooling system that is individually controlled. Kitchens are fully equipped with a refrigerator and range. An on-site coin-operated laundry is available for every resident. Lawn care, maintenance and water are provided to every tenant at no additional expense. Numerous units are designed with access for the mobility impaired. For at least 15 hours every week, a manager is on duty. Christopher Homes of Horatio is honored to serve the senior citizens in the community. They provide quality living for individuals that could not otherwise afford housing.
