About
Lisa and I decided to start our Comfort Keepers in Valdosta in 2008 after going through the illness and loss of three of our four parents in a three month period. We know what it is like to be the son or daughter and need help and not knowing where to turn. We realized that we could help other families to be better prepared and able to help their loved ones at a difficult time. We all want to be there for our loved ones but time and distance often makes this impossible. Lisa and I are a very caring couple who just want to help families do what is best for their loved ones.
Our CNA’s (Certified Nursing Assistant) and PCA’s (Personal Care Assistant) provide a specialized care we call Interactive Care. Interactive Care challenges our clients mentally and physically to their fullest ability to help keep them active and mentally alert. Comfort Keepers supplies the finest one on one or one on two care that can be offered.
Our Comfort Keepers are overseen by a Registered Nurse, must complete CEU’s (Continuing Education Units) monthly to stay up to date. Comfort Keepers are covered by our workman compensation and liability insurance and have background checks performed before hiring and yearly thereafter for our client’s peace of mind.

Our names are Scott and Lisa Register and we are Comfort Keepers! Comfort Keepers offer in home care to our seniors allowing them to age at home with grace and dignity.
