A modestly sized community with a warm, family-like environment. Excellent food that is actually served to our residents and eaten daily by our staff. Progressive nursing technology used to ensure accurate information is charted, more individual attention is given to each resident, and specific needs are met. Lexington Place offers a newly renovated Rehab unit with all Speech, OT, and PT all at our finger tips. A secure unit is available for residents who may be a flight risk. Very close proximity to both HEB and North Hills Hospitals as well as Fort Worth hospitals. Lexington Place hosts a wide variety of activities. We have started a new program, geared towards dementia residents where with a volunteer, the residents paint. A “bend over backwards” and Residents First mind-set is what sets Lexington Place nursing and rehab apart.
