NHC Place Cool Springs is located in Franklin, TN and provides an assisted living facility, memory care facility, rehabilitation and a specialized healthcare facility. National Healthcare Corporation was founded in 1971 by Dr. Carl E Adams who is a physician and community leader in Murfreesboro, TN. He set out to create a medical complex that would serve all the necessary health needs of the aging residents in one campus location. The mission was to care for these special patients in a loving environment and promote wellness and recovery. The assisted living facility has 43 separate apartments with private bathrooms, kitchenettes, and individually controlled heating and cooling systems. Included in the facility is a common dining area that serves three meals each day, a sun room, an enclosed courtyard and a socializing room for the residents. The level of services for the assisted living residents in comprehensive and helps to promote their wellness, both physical and mental. Your loved one will have access to a 24 hour nursing staff, daily medication reminders, weekly housekeeping services, assistance with daily activities if required, health and wellness checks, and a variety of floor plan options. We treat your family member or loved one as we would our own family to ensure they can transition to assisted living with ease. Our recreational director will ensure your loved one is involved in daily activities to encourage socializing with other residents. Our Memory care facility and Rehabilitation facility is located on the same campus as the assisted living facility so if required your family member or loved one will transition quickly because of the familiarity of the area.
