We also provide regular care from a podiatrist and an ophthalmologist and we offer mental and emotional counseling provided by a psychiatrist. We take care of many individuals who suffer from serious physical ailments that dictate that they no longer are able to live in their own homes. We also specialize in caring for patients who suffer from Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. We have staff on hand that is specially trained to deal with patients who are suffering from conditions that cause them to express behavioral outburst such as yelling, cursing or attempting to escape. Because we work hard at providing a family environment for our residents, we make every effort for them to be as comfortable as possible. We strive to address their medical concerns while simultaneously addressing their emotional and mental health in order to help them deal with the changes are occurring in their lives and continue to enjoy their lives throughout their stay with us.
