Located just a few minutes from Lavaca Medical Center, local physicians, and only 45 minutes from the Victoria area hospitals. Awarded the 2009 National Quality Award by the American Health Care Association, Hallettsville Rehabilitation is proud to be a leader in healthcare offering our community a variety of services. Our Traditions™ Unit has been designed with care to meet the needs of residents suffering from memory related illnesses. Our Traditions™ Unit staff is specially trained in behavior modification and redirection skills designed to maintain resident dignity. Our Wellness Unit is dedicated to serving the medical and rehabilitation needs of individuals disabled by illness or injury. If you are considering our Center for long-term care, we strive to ensure you enjoy the highest quality of life, by participating in a variety of daily activities and social events. In addition to Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care Insurances, we also accept VA contracts. We welcome the opportunity to discuss your needs and our services.
