St. Anne' Salvatorian Campus is small enough to feel like home yet large enough to offer a full spectrum of services ranging from short-term rehabilitative stays, to assisted living options, to long-term skilled nursing care. This "continuum of care" ensures minimal disruption and anxiety for residents as their needs change. Our comprehensive rehabilitation program includes physical, occupational and speech therapy. Specialized memory care provides 24-hour supervision in a nurturing and homelike environment.

St. Anne’s Salvatorian Campus, the "Home With A Heart", has a 135-year history of caring for the elderly of greater Milwaukee. It was founded in 1876 by Little Sisters of the Poor, who transferred sponsorship in 1992 to Sisters of the Divine Savior (Salvatorians).
