Canyon Creek provides a complete range of services that allow seniors who desire assistance with the activities of daily living to remain as independent as possible. By assisting with needs such as bathing, dressing, and medication supervision, we help our residents maintain their well being, while providing options for achieving new possibilities. Our Circle of Care program establishes an environment that combines wellness with hospitality, in a community that strongly supports our residents’ choice, dignity, privacy, and independence.
Alzheimer/Dementia
Canyon Creek’s goal is to enable residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related forms of dementia to retain abilities, physical functioning, and enjoyment of life in our comfortable surroundings for as long as possible. Our Life Series Program promotes independence, dignity, and self-esteem through a caring staff that is well trained in dementia care. This care consists of stimulating activities, a specialized building design, and attention to our resident’s needs.
