The Residence at Watertown Square

The Residence at Watertown Square is Watertown’s newest senior living community providing sophisticated city living, easier. We offer enhanced-independent and assisted living and a treatment-based Reflections program for those with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. We are located in the heart of historic Watertown, steps from the Charles River and an easy proximity to shopping, houses of worship, recreation and the many cultural attractions that the area offers. We serve the communities surrounding us including Belmont, Newton, Waltham and Cambridge. The Community has 90 apartments; 37 one bedroom apartments and 28 studios for independent or assisted living residents. Our Reflections Memory Care Neighborhood consists of 20 Reflections studios and 5 companion suites. The RWS is collaborating with The Brain-Mind Center and The Center for Alzheimer’s Research and Treatment at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School.This exciting collaboration empowers us to have our finger on the pulse of advancements in dementia treatment, new diagnostic techniques, and innovative non-pharmacological interventions and programming initiatives. As well, we will have access to their clinicians and their studies, provide the community-at-large and family members with educational opportunities, and conduct specialized employee training. This collaboration enhances our community’s commitment to healthy aging. For our independent and assisted living residents, we provide the premiere research-based programming and interventions, including civic engagement, arts patronage, fitness, in-house state-of-the-art physical and occupational rehabilitation, volunteer opportunities and advanced studies opportunities. Through these innovations, our residents benefit from increased brain health and improved overall well-being.
