Waterford at Fairway Village opened in January 1998 offering residents a community lifestyle with an emphasis on personal service. Fine restaurant-style dining with extensive daily menus and full-table service, a wide variety of activities, recreational trips, cultural outings, and other special events adds to the ambience of the Waterford lifestyle.
As an extension of retirement living, Waterford Assisted Living residents enjoy the same spacious apartment styles and the convenience of a 24-hour trained staff. In early spring 2002, The Devonshire, a charming memory care residence with keypad entry, was added.
All residents can enjoy the 16,000-square food Health & Fitness Club, which includes exercise equipment designed for older adults, a 75-foot pool, spa, personal trainers, a ‘floating’ aerobics floor for sore joints, and a wide variety of fitness and aquatic programs and classes.
