I am a recently 60 year old female. I had lower face lift performed by Dr Ness. From the consult to my surgery, I felt very comfortable and confident of his nurses and OR staff. I was not the text book patient and received "extra special care".
My post op care was very specific to my needs and all staff are very good at explaining the healing process. Post op Esthetician and the PA who performed injections of botox and filler are wonderful artists! Every thing was explained well and no pressure felt for more treatment than I requested although good suggestions.
His personal RN coordinated my care pre-op to post care with a very personal touch.
Dr Ness is a very attentive listener and exceeded my expectations with his surgical skills! He ensured I had realistic goals for my surgery.
At 3 months post-op I continue to heal and follow up for continued skin care and maintenance.
Oh yes and the receptionist is very knowledgeable, discrete and friendly. Appointments on schedule.
