If I could give Elaine 0 stars I would. I recieved her information from my employee assistance program to set up counseling sessions and had a horrible interaction with her. I initially left her a voicemail in the afternoon on a Wednesday, but did not ever hear back from her. Then I called on Saturday evening (7:30pm) since I work night shift at a hospital it is often difficult to make these calls earlier in the day. She answered the phone rudely asking "who is this" and proceeded to tell me it was far too late for her to help me with any of this right now and that she would be out of town until late next week so I could call back then. I would imagine someone in her field having a little more compassion for someone trying to seek her professional help. Needless to say I will be looking for a different provider. Its already hard enough to reach out and seek help, but when this is the response you get from someone who is supposed to care and be there to help people, it is very disheartening.
