Payment OptionsI am not currently a provider for any insurance plans. However, I will gladly fill out any supporting documentation required for patients who are able to be reimbursed by their carrier for mental health care.
ServicesMy specializations include helping patients resolve mood-related problems like depression, issues related to anxiety, relationship struggles, pre-marital assessment, phobias, blocks in creativity, bereavement, and career transitions.
I also have expertise in health-related conditions that have strong environmental triggers and underpinnings, including obesity, diabetes, smoking, and maternal health.
INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY
My practice uses a blend of psychodynamic and object relations tools. For example, I utilize ongoing themes raised by a patient, current and past experiences in relationships, memories, fantasies and dream life. Beginning therapy may feel scary, especially if it is the first time or if a patient did not have a good experience with a therapist in the past. These feelings are understandable and will be addressed.
COUPLES THERAPY
Psychotherapy for couples is useful to strengthen intimacy and communication while providing insight into the underlying patterns governing the relationship. Whether you are dating, living together or married, couples therapy can provide mutual understanding in many areas such as conflict, infidelity, grief and loss.Additional ServicesTherapy for Individuals and Couples
