Lisa is currently a student of Hanna Somatic Education and her 1200+ hours of yoga training includes Pranakriya Yoga Therapy, Prajna Yoga 500 hr and Blue Lotus Thai Healing Studies. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists and Lisa brings awareness and energy to all of her offerings, including therapeutic workshops & classes and well as individual & small group sessions.
