I am an extensively trained mental health clinician trained by a psychiatrist, 4 Emergency Room Phsycians and Marriage and Family Therapist for first 2 years in the field. I have worked in crisis, individual counseling, group, marital and family therapy. I have worked with people diagnosed with various psychiatric disorders including Schizophrenia, Bipolar, OCD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I have also conducted group therapy on inpatient psychiatric unit using various proven therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectic behavioral therapy, and brief therapy. I am preparing to go to PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT school to specialize in psychiatry I have been on both sides of the couch. I know what it is like to be in pain and feel lost and hopeless but I overcame my battles. A therapist who has never been in therapy I do not think is as effective as one who has. In counseling you should feel supported, your counselor has expertise they proclaim, use their techniques and relationship skills and most importantly feel you are getting better. This is what you will experience with me and you are paying for I am obligated and honored to serve.I have lectured about recognizing depression in elderly population at the Kentucky Health Consortium and have managed a structured outpatient therapy program conducting group and individual therapy 5 days a week for patients. I have done psychiatric consults for 6 hospitals in the ER, ICU, and Med/Surg floors. I am now here to be counsel which means I can help you briefly ,long-term, when needed, it is in your control.

YES i agree he is RUDE and very much reminds me of a hypocrite! I had a phone conversation with him as a prospective client and he told me that texas only allows you to have 1 therapist. He also said
