4-step program along with the thousands of clients we’ve had
complete our program before you! We’ll condition your body for the first week, preparing you for a successful weight loss. Then, we’ll put you through the 2nd Phase of the program, which is the Weight Loss Phase! Here, You’ll be walked through the diet every step of the way by one of our weight loss counselors, who will be personally coaching, encouraging and keeping you accountable
for the duration of your Weight Loss! After we get you to your weightloss goal, we will move you to Phase 3! During Phase 3, We willbe stabilizing your new weight, increasing you caloric intake at a rate
that your metabolism can adjust to, thus allowing you to make a
successful transition from losing weight, to maintaining your
new weight! Once you’ve stabilized, we will put you on Phase 4, Which is the maintenance phase! Here, You’ll just come in 1-2x per month, checking in to make sure that you’re maintaining correctly,
which will ensure that you will be able to keep your weight off for
the rest of your life! This is much more than just a fad diet.

Our program is all nutritionally based. Meaning we aren’t going to do anything dangerous or harmful to your body during your weightloss journey. You’ll be eating regular, store bought food, eating out, and losing 2-4 pounds per week! You’ll be put through our proven4-step program along with the thousands of clients we’ve had
