We are dedicated to helping individuals discover what inspires them to find their center by providing creative, educational experiences that awaken the mind, body connection. Our fully equipped art and wellness studios provide a sanctuary for learning while our experienced artist instructors and wellness professionals take a a heart centered approach to teaching that cultivates the flow of creative energy in an atmosphere of respect and compassion. Our yoga studios are fully equipped with mats, blankets, blocks, straps, and bolsters to help you create a nurturing space to welcome relaxation.
