Drs. Vicki and Charles Kelsey have been treating patients suffering from chronic conditions like Thyroiditis since graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1977. They founded Manchester Chiropractic Center in October of 1979 and operated it through October of 2013. In November of 2013 they moved to Boulder, Colorado. They have now founded Aquarius Functional Neurology, Metabolic, and Laser Clinic, LLC.
Since 1979 Drs. Kelsey have helped thousands of chronic pain sufferers. They have pursued advanced education in the non-surgical treatment of disc degeneration, herniation and bulging discs. They have advanced training, including certification, in Whiplash-Brain Traumatology through the Spine Research Institute of San Diego (http://www.SRISD.com). They have taken hundreds of hours of functional neurology courses and will be board-eligible for the American Chiropractic Neurology Board in 2014.

I was a patient of theirs when they had an office in North Manchester,Indiana.
Lately,someone,also an ex North Manchester patient,told me they had opened an office near Ft.Wayne.Right on the closest route from Manchester to Ft.Wayne.
Our advice is both the same:avoid! And if you have made the mistake of falling into the clutches of these quacks,flee!!!!!Above all,SIGN NO CONTRACTS!!!!!!!!
