Hello! I am a certified 200-hr RYT yoga instructor and a US Army veteran looking to help others deepen their yoga practices. I am registered with Yoga Alliance, insured, and CPR/AED certified. I am an adjunct faculty yoga instructor at Angelo State University and I volunteer with a veteran's organization called Team Red, White, and Blue as their yoga lead.
My classes are power vinyasa flow based in the Ashtanga style with Iyengar elements integrated throughout.
