Goal setting – Ron educates and assist his clients into making challenging goals that are attainable with appropriate deadlines. He believes that no goals are impossible to reach when given enough time. No unrealistic goals exist, only unreasonable deadlines. Ron has developed a system that allows his clients to measure their fitness success objectively. He believes that this is the best way to measure progress because the numbers do not lie.

Program design – Ron will design a customized exercise program that is both appropriate to your current fitness levels and mindful of your desired goal. His focus on appropriate exercise selection will allow you to reach your goal safely in the shortest amount of time. Ron believes on designing programs that will allow his clients to achieve permanent results.

Nutrition – Ron will show you what to eat, how often you should eat, how much to eat, and when is the best time to eat different types of foods to help you reach your specific goals. He will provide lists of food you should eat, list of foods to stay away from, and even allow you to pick things that you enjoy eating and still be able to reach your goal. He gives nutritional advices based on clients’ results and adaptation to their program on a weekly basis.

Accountability – Ron measures his clients every seven days in order to track their progress and hold them accountable. He believes that frequent measurements will show clients what is working and what isn’t. The weekly measurements teach clients what habits they should avoid and which they should keep. Ron feels that monthly measurements are too infrequent and will not serve the purpose of presenting clients with useful information since most people cannot remember details of their food intake, cardio, weight training for so long. Weekly measurements also allow less time to be wasted when clients are off track, because the personal trainer is more aware of situation.

Motivation – Being truly passionate about his craft and fitness Ron motivates his clients through leading by examples. He regularly works out and is striving to break State and American power lifting records in his division. Ron is a blue belt in the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and he actively competes in order to teach his clients to face their fears and reach for the sky! He was not blessed with the greatest genetics for athletics and empathizes with his clients aiming to reach their personal fitness goals. He will try to motivate you through every rep, set, and workout throughout your entire fitness journey to give it 100%. If clients ever occasionally lack motivation he will make sure you stay on track and keep your eyes on the prize! Staying highly motivated will help you reach your goal sooner!
