Took my 93 year old father to Dr Ray. Not gentle in any way and dad was quite uncomfortable. Clipped nails and several times nipped the skin. Has hammer toes and has callous on 3 of his toes. Dr took a clipper and cut off the callous and dad was just wincing with pain. Because a clipper was used he began bleeding all over. After done she put the instrument back in the drawer she took it out of and not into any solution for sterilization, Wrapped his 3 toes she did this to and sent him home. This morning it is quite uncomfortable in walking for the pain. Side note not for sure but I do not think the room was sterilized after my dad left the office I believe they called the next person in. Dad said he WOULD NOT ever go back there even if the only doctor in town.
