I went to Dr. Waddington for orthotics to help me walk with my problem of severe fallen arches/flat feet. At first, he was very pleasant and appeared able to help. The first pair was close to fitting and only needed a slight correction. The next pair was not correct and he tried one more time, this last time having me try a pair with extra-high arches: that was absurd, since I have no arches and have inflexible flat feet. He would not admit the extreme error nor try to correct it again. I had waited about 2 months for the different corrections and was very disappointed. He was not able to help and would not admit the mistake of ordering high arch orthotics for me when I have no arches and could not stand up in them.
