Todd smith is rude. he does not know what he is supposed to do, he caused me to lose my foot. we complained to PRH multiple times but there s no benefit . He is arrogant , he thinks the he knows everything with no sympathy . The IHS is a place where some one like TOD smith can grow otherwise he would be fired long time ago.
