I completed a survey last week but there was no response--maybe you do not read your surveys--anyway, as the survey said last week, I am still having problems with something that was done that day and that is directly beside another problem that I think was worked on. I would like to come back in and let Dr. Parker look at my left foot were the problems are. I went home for several days last week and this week because of sickness in my family--I am back home but may be called again soon to come home--is it possible for me to come back in whenever I can??
