She was unpleasant, rude and sarcastic. She had no interest in reviewing options. She offered to sell me orthotics only. I was in much pain and had difficulty walking. she expected me to remain in pain for weeks while I waited for orthotics which in her words would give me 40-60 percent relief. I went for a second opinion and was ultimately given steroid pills which took only 1 day to greatly relieve my pain. I have no idea why she could not have helped me in such a small and simple way. I would have purchased the orthotics if she had been kind or decent. I left her office feeling berated and too much trouble for having the nerve to ask any questions about my own feet. I will not be returning.
