About
My passion for wellness through acupuncture and herbal nutrition stems from my own personal experience with thyroid dysfunction, chronic tiredness and digestive deficiencies. My transition back to wellness inspired me to help other navigate their own path to better health. I most commonly see patients with digestive imbalances, endocrine dysfunction (adrenal and thyroid), infertility, insomnia, pain,and the transition of menopausal and post menopausal women. I am a licensed acupuncturist and graduate of UCLA and Emperors College of Traditional Medicine, where I graduated summa cum laude with a Masters of Traditional Oriental Medicine. I have used my skills as an acupuncturist in integrative medical settings; including the UCLA Arthur Ashe Medical Center and the Simms/Mann health and Wellness Center.

I help patients create personalized wellness plans that address the root of their imbalances, rather than simply bringing relief of symptoms. Emphasis is placed on self-care, nutrition and balance combined with an emotional and spiritual approach to encourage deeper and longer lasting healing.
