first I loved this Dr. Office until I needed to use the " warranty" I was told that came with the glasses. The girl that sold them to us said anything happens bring back the pieces and we'll take care of it. Well my 4 y.o. glasses were chewed up by our new puppy and now all of a sudden it's a manufacturer defect coverage only. The girl that sold them to us even admitted she said everything was covered and they still are not standing to thier word. Then I get the script for my 4 y.o son to order glasses from Walmart and they didn't even give me the right script. Barely got apology for anything and out of a$100 or so. You find how out much they care about patients when you have something bad happens. Highly recommend walmart eye care fraction of price great service. Also I've been told I'm not the only person with this problem from this office. Spend your money wisely.
