Worst run customer service business Have ever encountered. Wanted to charge me $50 for a CPAP part that cost $8.75 directly from the manufacturer. I wanted to discuss this with Glenn, the manager. Was told the only way to communicate with him was via email. Unbelievable for a customer service oriented business. Use another medical product provider.
