This facility is supposed to be trained in working with people with urgent medical needs. My mother had a stroke and forgot how to use her CPAP machine. She had not been using it before the stroke. I called to have them visit and retrain her on its use. They told me they would be there that day. They did not come that day. We waited two more days before my daughter called back. It has now been two weeks and no one has been to help her. My daughter has called multiple times this week and called back today and was told that they wouldn't get paid for that so they were not going back down. They had a signature saying the training had been provided so that's all they needed. She said we needed to find another company to deal with. The lady was very rude and unhelpful. Their patients are not what is important to them-only their profit.
