I am a psychotherapist/counselor. I provide individual therapy, relating to many different issues and topics. Psychotherapy aims to increase the sense of well-being and success in life. People often seek help during times of change as change can be difficult. Throughout life there are many times of transition. It can be helpful to have someone unbiased to help you understand your thoughts and feelings during these times of change or times of strong emotions. Everyone needs help from time to time. Therapy is a process of self-discovery and problem solving.
