Port Jefferson Pilates is an intimate studio offering private sessions on apparatus and small group classes on mat and props. Expert, quality instruction. Located just across from the Port Jeff Ferry in the back of the Ecolin Jewelers building. We have our own private parking lot. The studio is on the second floor. Please feel free to call or stop in.
