Although I do a lot of Rehabilitative Massage and bodywork I am no stranger to Relaxation focused massage. If you are not broken, that doesn't mean I cannot treat you. My approach begins by assessing how you are feeling when you come in, discussing a treatment plan, performing the treatment and finally re-assessing how you feel after the treatment. Specializing in Swedish and Medical based, Deep Tissue Massage for Relaxation and Pain Management. Medical based massage is a little different than your typical spa type massage in that it is based on achieving goals; such as increasing range of motion after an injury.
