Services Chiropractic care: Our providers utilize a variety of adjusting techniques including manual adjusting, extremity adjusting, diversified adjusting, cox flexion-distraction, Thompson drop table technique and activator. In the early stages of care our chiropractors often combine chiropractic adjustments with passive therapies such as electrical stimulation, decompression therapy, ultrasound, laser therapy, light therapy, kinesotaping and active release technique (ART) to promote quicker healing and pain relief. As our patients show improvement we usually progress to active stretching and strengthening to finish off your care.

Physical therapy: Our physical therapists offer a wide range of corrective injury care as well as sports based performance care.

Pain Management: When needed our pain management offers services to co-manage and speed up healing. This includes medication management, trigger point injections, joint injections, PRP injections, facet injections, epidural injections, nerve block injections and radio nerve frequency ablations.

I started seeing Dr. Christopher over a year ago, and was so impressed with her methods, and how she integrates other beneficial therapies into her practice. I have been to so many different chiropractors and other practitioners over the past 15 years, and have never experienced such a thorough approach to health, wellness and recovery. I have struggled with chronic pain throughout my entire body since the Fall of 2000. I am also a Yoga Instructor. The holistic approach (chiro, physical therapy and massage therapy) have helped me to improve my practice, and even my own yoga teaching. I have been able to incorporate several things I have learned to help my yoga students protect their own bodies better during their yoga practice. I have referred several people here, and everyone who gives it a try is happy with their results.
