Dr. Theresa Johns graduated from Penn State University in 1994 with her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. For the following three years she worked in a variety of clinical settings including: cardiac rehabilitation, functional capacity and corporate fitness.
She received her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta, Georgia in December 2000. Upon graduation she interned in the field of biomechanics in Elko,
In 2012, Dr. Johns became certified as a Chiropractic Sports Physician. She is an expert in the function of the human body during movement from high level athletics to everyday activities. She can help optimize athletic performance by applying an advance understanding of the muskuloskeletal function and performance enhancement. She focuses on total body wellness and reaching optimal functioning, not just relieving pain.
