I specialize in child/adolescent counseling, decreasing anxiety, and faith-based counseling. I meet you where you are at in your own personal spiritual journey. I believe personal challenges can be overcome and not rule a person's life.
My compassion for people has led me to work with individuals and families struggling with sadness, anxiety, stress, and relationship challenges. I teach a 4 step process built to help you focus on relationship strengths and building upon them, developing problem solving skills, learning effective communication skills and boundary setting.
I create a safe and inviting atmosphere for clients to allow them to address their issues. I utilize play therapy when working with children and families to improve communication and create harmony.
