Her office space at RIver Bridge Arts and Wellness Center offers yoga for everyone in a setting that is supportive to learning and growing. The Center addresses "Whole Person" health, connecting mind, body and the creative spirit to build a stronger community. River Bridge Arts and Wellness Center is located in the heart of downtown Ipswich overlooking the historic Choat bridge and the tranquil tides of the Ipswich River.
