Dr. Sanjay Patari is a board-certified orthopedic physician in sports medicine and hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder surgery. He is an active member of American Society for Surgery of the Hand (ASSH), The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) and the American Medical Association (AMA) Dr Patari's focus is on all injuries and disorders of the upper extremity including shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand conditions. He is trained in the latest minimally invasive surgical techniques including, but not limited to, shoulder, elbow, wrist arthroscopy, and endoscopic carpal tunnel release. Dr. Patari graduated from the accelerated combined program of the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and the Medical College of Wisconsin. He graduated with his M.D. degree in 1995, and with Honors in Biological Sciences at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. He then completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at UMDNJ - New Jersey Medical School in 2000. He continued his training by completing a 1 year fellowship in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery at SUNY - Stony Brook, NY. He has been in practice since 2001.
