In the past, I received care from Hulsey's clinic in Commerce, Texas. I was very satisfied with their professionalism and the therapy helped me greatly. I recently scheduled an appointment to see them again, for treatment of a new injury. Jennifer, who works in the Greenville office was short with me, impatient and seemed in a rush, specifically asked if I wanted to make the appointment in Greenville or Commerce. Because of the travel distance, I told her Commerce. On my appointment date, I arrived in Commerce to find that I had no appointment. The staff said they would have to reschedule. No one offered an apology for what was obviously their scheduling error. I called the Greenville office and spoke to Jennifer again, who proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and that we never discussed Commerce. Not only was she wrong, but her level of unprofessionalism was appalling. I would expect in such a case, no matter whether the customer was in error (I was not) that they would be courteous and apologize for the mishap, then reschedule you. Given how she handled it, I chose not to reschedule and will seek care somewhere else. Fortunately, patients have a choice. Hulsey should do more to train their appointment specialists on customer service. Very disappointing.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. The staff was so friendly, which I really appreciated. It made me feel so welcome. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
