Awful, disrespectful staff that cancelled my appointment after I drove an hour to get there and hassle with their horrible downtown location. Their scheduler called me and told me my appointment was 10:30 am. I showed up at 10:20 but they insisted I was 20 minutes late and they cancelled ME! I had a 1.5 hour session reserved! They could have shortened my session. No big deal. But they obviously gave my slot to someone else. I called and informed my specialist who referred me to these pompous PTs. As an RN myself I would NEVER treat a patient like that. If it's about the buck, as someone with very nice health insurance I'm shocked to be treated like that. You can always tell when PTs are employed by a hospital. Would never happen if that PT owned her own center. She'd be out of business.
