Stay away from Blackstock and Newman...poor, poor customer service. Over $800 invested in new glasses and still cannot see well at computer or reading which is reason I made appointment for. Trying to find reading glasses even though I don't feel I should have to do that. They gave me wrong strength last week. Called today because I could not find the strength they told me and she says she does not think you can get higher than a certain strength...wtf??? Lead me on a goose chase again running out that 30 days. I began to vent, and I feel rightly so, and Beth at Franklin Road location just hung up on me. How is that for customer service??? They don't know how to fit the lenses properly, read a prescription or give correct advise and if you complain their solution is to hang up on you. Will never use them again...should have learned my lesson the last time and it is a shame because I really like Dr. Blackstock but the staff is terrible.
