My family hand I have visited TSO for many years. Staff is nice but very disorganized and inefficient. Dr. Web takes all the time needed with patients and is kind.
This year however I have been very disappointed. I have been waiting for 2 months, yes, 2 months for correct contact lenses. They wrote RX down wrong in chart, had me return for another visit to change it, then ordered wrong contact RX, then kept failing to order correct one, then told me they were mailed to me when they weren't so I am still waiting and have made about 10 phone calls.

From day one when I found out I needed glasses I went to TSO in Gainesville in 1981. And today still a friendly environment. Even now time isn't a hassle. Any questions or concerns about vision and eyewear are answered. Eye exams are affordable along with many styles of frames to choose from. Great service, convenient location, and affordable...why go anywhere else. Thank you GAINESVILLE TSO.
