I would like to say that the doctor is wonderful and very informative. I was his first patient of the day so he was running a little late. Now the lady at the front desk was very pushy and rude. She acted like she did not care at all. I called to make an appt. and was quoted one price. When I called again, I was quoted another price. Very inconsistent. I called to check with my vision insurance to make sure this was an approved place for my vision care and it was. I was told I would receive a discount. When I got there she said we cannot accept this insurance. She said we don't give discounts even though my insurance approved it. At this point she just wanted to argue and cause a scene in front of other patients. She is very unprofessional. If she does not like her job I suggest she does something different because she is the first point of contact for the doctors patients.
